The first 64 teams to sign up will be the 64 teams to participate.  The format of match play will be a two game aggregate series with the team having the most combined points advancing to the next round.   Schedule is as follows:

Round One: Weeks 1 & 2
Round Two: Weeks 3 & 4
Round Three: Weeks 5 & 6
Quarterfinals: Weeks 7 & 8
Semifinals: Weeks 9 & 10
Championship: Week 11

Tiebreakers are:

1) Most combined goals for the two weeks (not including penalty kick goals)

2) Most combined penalty kick goals

3) Most assists for the two weeks

4) Least goals given up by the keeper in the two weeks in terms of the average of the Goals Against Average for the two weeks (Teams with keepers who play automatically beat teams with keepers who do not play or are idle in a gameweek.  A goalkeeper who plays twice in a gameweek will use his average Goals Against Average for that week.  A goalkeeper who plays once in a two game week will NOT have the unplayed game count as infinity. )

5) Most MFLS points up to that week

If there is a tie in the finals there will be a one week Replay in Week 12. If still tied then previously mentioned tiebreakers will apply.
